Your visual sense is usually one of your strongest senses. The way you see the events of your past will determine how many details you can recall. If you are very visual and can retain the images in your unconscious mind, they will always be there to revisit once your conscious mind is aware of them. A visual person has the ability to supply a great many details.

If you are not a strong visual person, you can anticipate that you won’t see the vivid details from your past life discovery sessions. You may, however, be just as vivid in one or more of the other sense images. Remember that there are two different ways of being visual. The first is by detaching yourself from the image as if you were watching it from a distance or on a screen. Your other senses don’t come into play as much from this vantage point. The other type of visual image is experiential, where you find yourself fully involved in your past life experience. A partner can be a big help here as he or she can ask you what you’re doing and how you feel. By yourself, you may have to rely on how you remember the experience afterward.
